1. Subscription Cancellation

- To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24
hours prior to the renewal date.
- Upon cancellation, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No
partial refunds will be issued for unused time during the subscription cycle.
2. Refund Policy
- Trial Periods: If a free trial is offered, you may cancel anytime during the trial
without incurring charges. Refunds are not provided once the trial has converted into a paid plan.
- First-time Purchase Guarantee: For first-time subscribers, we may offer a refund within
7 days of the initial payment, provided the user has not extensively used the service (e.g., excessive
downloads, usage of premium features, etc.).
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Renewal payments after the cancellation window has passed.
- Account suspensions due to violations of our terms of service.
- Services already consumed or where digital content has been substantially accessed or

are confirmed by our technical team, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
